Lost children with dirty faces today
No one really seems to care

Ruled by gangs whose members are between the ages of 7-21, they have never touched a book in their life but they are far from stupid. The gang kids steal, do drugs and they kill.

In the middle of a gun fight... In the center of a restaurant...
They say, "Come with your arms raised high!"

The few officers that have actually stayed in City of the d**ned try to do anything and everything to stop the kids, they known the gangs are linked to mobs all around the world and the gangs are the biggest drug traffickers around. Yet what no one knows is that the main reason they try to stop them is because the kids know their secrets, they know how corrupt the system is and they are changing it through violence.a lot of the shooting that go around are between gangs and officers who don't think twice of using their guns.
